Good gardeners know to leave no leaf unturned when it comes to utilising jute leaf sacks. Use these open mesh sacks for collecting leaves and composting to leaf mould. Hydrocarbon free, and 100% biodegradable, they are also ideal for storing produce.
Fill with slightly damp leaves from you garden and leave them in a shady cormer of the garden until the following year. This will produce a wonderfully nutritious soil conditoner which is slightly acidic, making it ideal mulch for beds and borders.
