Well it's about time!........
........At long last my plot is finally getting some long overdue warmth and sunshine, by it needed it?!
So staying true to the moon, I finally planted my beans and peas today. I thought I'd try a couple of new varieties this year, in addition to the usual 'pea telefono' and the borlotto bean 'stregonta', I've planted some of the purple beans 'faglio rampicante a cosse violette' and the yellow dwarf bean 'faglio nano rocquencourt'. I'm a very big fan of Italian seeds, especially the Alta Selezione make and told them at HQ to source them so that you can have a go at growing some of the most amazing varieties for yourselves. Why am I such a big fan?....Well you get ALOT of seeds in a packet for your money and virtually ALL the seeds germinate. So what more can you ask for?! These are genuine Italian seeds, their the real macoy.
