TRADING POLICY
Nutscene products have been on sale in both garden and hardware shops for almost ninety years. Since 1922, the company has established a reputation for quality and reliability. Nutscene Direct, established in 2008 was formed due to the demand for wider access to Nutscene's quality products.
Nutscene Direct wish to uphold both the standing and repute of the Nutscene brand and only endeavour to offer excellent service and quality products for a fair price. Our relationship with our customers is all-important to us, therefore:
- In the unlikely event that the product you purchase from us is, in any way faulty, damaged, or has missing items please contact us within 7 working days of receipt.
- Where shortage or damage occurs and the item has been sent by courier, please endorse the delivery note accordingly.
- Similarily please contact us if your package has failed to arrive within the expected estimated time. We shall acknowledge your complaint within a maximum of 2 working days*
- In all cases, please state your name, address, invoice/order number and email address or telephone number.

COOLING OFF PERIOD
We comply with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Customers have the right to cancel their order for any reason for up to seven days following the day on which they receive the goods from us. Provided the customer despatches the goods back to us within that period unopened and in good condition we shall within 30 working days refund in full, the purchase price paid by the customer. The customer will however, be responsible for all postage costs incurred.
Nothing in the above affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws currently applicable in the United Kingdom.
